INSTRUCTOR'S AGREEMENT

As an instructor, you are responsible for all content of your course which is hereby referred to as  (" Contents").

Accounts & Contents

You agree that;

1. you will provide and maintain accurate account information;
2. You own or have all the necessary rights and authority to authorize Learn-this-Now to use your  Contents as specified in these Terms and the Terms of Use;
3. Your  Contents will not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property rights;
4. You have the required qualifications, credentials, and expertise (including education, training, knowledge, and skill sets) to teach and offer the services that you offer through your  Contents and use of the Services; and
5. You will respond promptly to students and ensure a quality of service that corresponds with the standards of your industry and instruction services in general.
6. You grant Learn-this-Now the right to remove courses, suspend payouts, and/or ban you for any of the following reasons:

1. you or your course does not comply with our policies or legal terms
2. your course falls below our quality standards or has a negative impact on the student experience;

7. You grant Learn-this-Now the rights to offer, market, and otherwise exploit your Contents, and to sublicense it to students for these purposes directly or through third parties.
8. You have the right to remove all or any portion of your Contents from the Services at any time. This is however if no one, who has agreed to terms and conditions of the course is currently running the course.

 You also agree not to :

1. post or provide any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, incorrect, infringing, defamatory or libelous content or information;
2. post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services or to any user;
3. use the Services for business other than providing tutoring, teaching, and instructional services to students;
4. give a link to any other website or portal inside your contents which represents advert or promotion;

Pricing & Payments

You fix the price for your course while creating it. The price however should follow the policy of the portal, in offering courses at very affordable prices.

Your payment shall be made available to your bank account specified while making withdrawal from your balance on your account.

The net amount creditable to your account shall be 80% of the total amount paid by student less transactional charges while the payment is being made by the student and while your account is being credited. Transactional charges, however includes VAT.

Payment of such amount shall be credited not later than 24hours after filling form for withdrawal.

Refund Policy

Student who is dissatisfied with the service being provided, especially, when this differs from what the student accessed through the brochure of the course can fill refund. In this case, refund shall be made from your account. If withdrawal has been made before such scenario, refund shall be made from the next payment due to the instructor.

For this reason, no withdrawal shall be allowed on any instructor’s account until after 3 days such sale is made.
