Terms and Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions associated with the use of this platform:

Study Group here means the instructor, his agents and the students.

1. T& C

1. Free services may be changed to paid services at the discretion of Learn-this-Now and the course owner. In such event service will remain free for user until end of current annual renewal and no longer.
2. There will be no refund on early termination of paid add on services. It is at the discretion of Learn-this-Now as to whether a discount may be given or not.
3. Learn-this-Now will have no liability for lost data, tracking or unavailable site or services.
4. Messaging as part of the study group service shall not be used to intimidate, abuse, insult learners.
5. Users will be liable to indemnify Learn-this-Now from liability for any intimidation or experienced from instructor or other learners.
6. Learn-this-Now may suspend without refund any user without exception who is found to be intimidating any other user of on Learn-this-Now , any user sending profanities.
7. Learners may not be charged for taking learning directly or indirectly.
8. Fair usage of Learn-this-Now Study Groups is assumed, and where a user is causing a disproportionate draw on Learn-this-Now systems a Study Group may be suspended or withdrawn.
9. Users may not use profanity in Study Group naming.
10. Once a user is added to a Study Group that is a single user license used up, removal of the user does not create a new user license.
11. Once a training course is added to a Study Group that is a single course license used up, removal of the course does not create a new course license.
12. A learner registering on Learn-this-Now as part of an Learn-this-Now Study Group is separately a member of the Learn-this-Now Free Learning Community. The instigator of the registration has no rights to the learner with regards to the usage of the site or otherwise.
13. All General Terms and Conditions (above) are also agreed to.

2.1. The material contained within the courses on the Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Learn-this-Now does not represent that information contained on or available via the Website is accurate or complete and accordingly it should not be relied on as such. You should not rely on any such information. Any arrangements made between you and any other person, using or named on the Website are entirely at your sole risk and responsibility.

2.2. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

• 2.2.1. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
• 2.2.2. any liability for loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Website, any websites linked to it and any material posted on it;
• 2.2.3. any liability for any bugs or faults in our systems or tools; and
• 2.2.4. any liability for any direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Website or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Website, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:
  1. loss of income or revenue;
  2. loss of business;
  3. loss of profits or contracts;
  4. loss of anticipated savings;
  5. loss of data;
  6. loss of goodwill;
  7. wasted management or office time; and
  8. for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

2.3. Nothing in this section affects our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
